Energy Performance Certification
An Energy Performance Certification (EPC) is required for all homes whenever built, rented or sold. If you are buying or selling a home it is now law to have a certificate. An Energy Performance Certificate shows the official energy rating of a property on a scale from A to G, where A is the most efficient and G is the least efficient. The report also indicates the potential rating that could be achieved if the works in the attached Recommendation Report is carried out.
Here at Finishing Touches we have a qualified Energy Assessor who can provide you with a EPC for your property. This report will be sent electronically to you as a PDF file within 72 hours of the inspection of your property taking place, a paper based copy can be provided at your request. We are able to liaise with Estate Agents and landlords to acquire keys to conduct the assessment of your property with minimal disruption to yourself.
