Terms and Conditions
Our Terms and Conditions are:-
COMMERCIAL
Contract periods are one year and will continue thereafter until terminated by the notice agreed
Notice period is three months, expiring not earlier than the end of the initial term
Commercial customers who are invoiced monthly in arrears pay their invoice within 14 days of receiving it or the late payment fee documented on your invoice will be applied
The company reserves the right to increase the fees in the event of additional sums levied by law
Personal information is required for customers but this will only be used for our business purposes and not shared with anyone in line with the Data Protection Act of 1998
Keys to properties will be coded with an unique number which only Finishing Touches Cleaning Group will know which property / business / customer it relates to for security purposes
Complaints must be reported immediately and for us to be given the opportunity to put things right. Failure to follow our complaints procedure will forfeit your right to any refunds and all monies for work carried out so far will be payable in full
DOMESTIC
Payment for domestic services are paid on the day in the form of Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer unless previously agreed otherwise in certain circumstances
The company reserves the right to increase the fees in the event of additional sums levied by law
48 hours notice is required for a cancellation without incurring any charges
Between 24 hours and 48 hours will generate a 50% charge to partially cover the cost of expenses which we have incurred
Less than 24 hours notice will generate a full charge
We are given 2 weeks notice of any holidays which you are taking so this can be factored into our operation
