Q: How much does it cost to use Pass the Keys?
A: We charge a one-off £149 setup fee which includes professional photography and creating your property listing. Ongoing management is 20% + VAT of your booking revenue.
Q: Who pays for cleaning and linen?
A: Guests pay the cleaning and linen charge as part of their booking. We manage these payments and directly pay the cleaning team, so you don’t have to worry about it.
Q: Where will my property be listed?
A: Your property will be promoted on 20+ affiliated booking platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo. This ensures maximum visibility and occupancy throughout the year.
Q: Do I need to do anything once my property is listed?
A: No. We handle everything from marketing, photography, and listing creation to guest communication, check-ins, cleaning, and maintenance. You just enjoy the income.
Q: What if something gets damaged?
A: We manage all guest deposits and assist with insurance claims if needed. Our team handles any issues quickly to keep your property protected.
Q: Can I still use my property?
A: Yes. You’ll have access to a live calendar through our app, where you can block off any dates you want for personal use.
Q: How do I get paid?
A: Rental income is transferred directly to your bank account, with a clear monthly statement showing your earnings.

A: We provide clear instructions before arrival. Most of our properties use secure key safes or smart locks for flexible self check-in.
Q: Is cleaning included?
A: Yes, all properties are professionally cleaned and fully prepared before every stay, with fresh linen and towels provided.
Q: Who do I contact if I need help during my stay?
A: Our team offers 24/7 support, so you’ll always have someone to call if you need assistance.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: This depends on the property. Each listing clearly states whether pets are welcome.
